ABOUT US

My Agent Edge is a branch of its parent company, Affinity Collaborations, which was started in 2020 as a way of providing virtual administrative support to small business owners. What started with one real estate client, evolved into a portfolio of 13 agents, all sent to us by word of mouth. Because real estate is such a niche industry with much to learn about current marketing trends and tactics, we decided to launch My Agent Edge! We cater to real estate agents only, and specialize in meeting their needs.

THE TEAM

Kelly created our parent company, Affinity Collaborations, in 2020 after leaving her 15 year career in hospitality to stay home with her 2 daughters. She worked solo for a few years, providing administrative and marketing support to clients in a variety of fields.

In 2020, the business saw a real BOOM when we welcomed our first real estate agent client. From there, word of mouth spread and we welcomed several more agent clients onboard, knowing that soon, a business MUST be created ONLY for agents. And here we are!

Now, Kelly is so incredibly excited to be working full time on My Agent Edge, hoping to help as many agents as possible to relieve themselves of some of the daunting tasks of admin and marketing work. (Major SHOUT OUT to agents wearing SO many hats!)

Michelle Dixon - Office and Project Manager

Michelle has been a vital part of our growth. She joined us in 2020, doing a little bit of everything, and we could not live without her.

Prior to joining us, she served a five-year tenure as an HR/Office Manager for a prominent hotel and restaurant group.

Currently, Michelle helps run office management roles for us, as well as serves as a Project Manager for some of our top accounts. She is reliable, resourceful and knowledgeable, and we are so thankful to have her as part of our team.

Cortney Anderson - Project Manager

Cortney joined us in early 2023 as a side gig to her then full time role working for Chewy. She took on various tasks for us then, but we immediately knew we needed this girl full time. We found that the feeling was mutual, and a few months later she made the move over to being full time with us as a Project Coordinator.

Once we learned that she shared the same love for working with real estate agents as we did, we couldn’t wait to get her in front of more agents and she became a Project Manager.

Cortney now manages several of our real estate agent clients, and has been a major contributor to the growth that we have experienced. With over 15 years of experience in customer service and administrative work, she brings so many skills to the table. She accomplishes anything sent her way, and we are so grateful for her.

Cindy Cohen - Proofreading Queen

Cindy started helping with various projects in 2022, bringing with her over 25 years of administrative and clerical work experience. We found that she has unmatched proofreading skills, and have since been sending all proofreading tasks her way.

Because we like to have multiple eyes on all work that we do, we are so fortunate to have her proofreading our agent newsletters, social posts, flyers, and more! If there is so much as a tiny extra space somewhere, she’ll find it!
